Salify Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our” ), on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies offers a suite of messaging software-as-a-service solutions through a single platform to enable its customers to manage and automate their business conversations on various messaging platforms under the name and style of “DataAcross” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). DataAcross services are available both on the Web browser (“Website”) and as a mobile application (“App”).

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as“Privacy Policy” ), helps the users accessing the Website/App (“User”/ “You”/ “Your”) and the Service therein to understand the type of information collected, the purpose for which the information is collected, how the information is used, the intended recipients of such information, and how the information is protected. No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation. Amount once paid is non-refundable.
